Concept and story by Kathrine Lemke Waste
Lemke Waste is a still life painter based in Northern California. She works in watercolor, painting common objects - like coffee cups, a loaf of bread or an iron - in ways that get us to see them like never before. She has also adapted literary works for the stage, published poetry and contributed articles to several textbooks and academic journals. Royal was born and raised in Sacramento California, where as a child, drawing was his life.
After graduating from high school, Eric took his meticulous eye for detail to San Francisco
where he currently attends the Art Institute of California, San Francisco and is a Major in Media Arts and Animation. He plans to create comic books and animations of his work and, best of all, get paid for it.
