Our Cabernets have always been big and dense in fruit, but, soft in tannins and this offering is no different. Aromas of dark fruits and chocolate are followed by full and deep blackberry, currant, and black cherry flavors with smooth integrated oak and balanced depth of tannins. A soft Cabernet that can be enjoyed by itself or this wine will pair well with thick steaks and roasts, or a well aged cheddar cheese. This wine will continue to develop over the next 2 to 4 years.
